The online store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform and technical infrastructure.

4. PRODUCTS — HANDMADE JEWELRY

The products sold are handcrafted jewelry.

Due to their nature:

  • minor variations in color, texture, or size may occur;
  • each piece may have a unique character;
  • product images are for presentation purposes only and do not constitute an absolute guarantee.

Minor aesthetic differences do not constitute defects.

Precious Metals Compliance: Precious metal products sold through this store are manufactured and marked in accordance with the applicable Romanian legislation on precious metals and gemstones and under authorization issued by the National Authority for Consumer Protection – Precious Metals Directorate.

5. CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

Products that include:

  • engraving;
  • personalized text;
  • made-to-order modifications;
  • custom sizing;

are considered customized products.

According to EU consumer legislation, such products:

  • ❌ cannot be returned;
  • ❌ cannot be canceled once production has started;
  • ❌ are not eligible for the standard right of withdrawal.

The customer is fully responsible for the accuracy of engraving or customization details.

6. ORDERS

We reserve the right to:

  • refuse orders;
  • cancel suspicious orders;
  • limit quantities;
  • block unauthorized resellers.

Orders may be canceled in cases of:

  • pricing errors;
  • incorrect stock availability;
  • suspected fraud;
  • invalid delivery address;
  • failed or incomplete payment.

7. PRICES

  • Prices are displayed in RON or the selected currency;
  • VAT is included where applicable;
  • Prices may be changed without prior notice;
  • Obvious pricing errors may result in order cancellation.

8. PAYMENTS

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (Shopify / authorized payment processors).

We do not store card details.

We reserve the right to refuse transactions identified as high-risk.

9. SHIPPING

We ship both domestically and internationally.

Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • customs procedures;
  • public holidays;
  • force majeure events;

10. CUSTOMS DUTIES — INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For deliveries outside the European Union:

  • customs duties;
  • import taxes;
  • local VAT;
  • customs clearance fees;

are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.

11. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL — EU

EU customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days for non-customized products, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and OUG no. 34/2014.

Conditions:

  • product unused and unworn;
  • no signs of use;
  • original packaging;
  • intact labels.

Exceptions:

  • customized products;
  • engraved items;
  • made-to-order modifications.

12. WARRANTY AND WEAR

Jewelry is subject to normal wear and tear.

The following do not constitute defects:

  • scratches caused by use;
  • natural oxidation;
  • mechanical wear;
  • deformation caused by improper use.

Care and maintenance instructions must be followed.

This clause does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights regarding legal conformity warranties under applicable law.

13. PROHIBITED USE OF THE WEBSITE

You are prohibited from:

  • hacking or unauthorized access;
  • scraping or data harvesting;
  • spamming;
  • fraud;
  • illegal use;
  • intellectual property infringement;
  • transmitting malware;
  • collecting user data without authorization.
