Shipping policy

1. National Shipping (Romania)

We partner with trusted couriers to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.

  • Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
  • Cost: 20 RON, added at checkout

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

2. International Shipping

For international orders we partner with DHL Express. Delivery times may vary due to customs procedures and transit times.

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, and local taxes (not included in the product price)
  • Some countries may have delivery restrictions — please verify before ordering

3. Custom & Personalized Products

  • Personalized items (engraving, special sizes, unique combinations): approx. 2–3 weeks production time
  • Engagement and wedding rings: 30–60 days depending on complexity
  • Personalized products cannot be returned unless defective
  • Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen events (pandemics, strikes, holidays)
  • We will provide updates throughout the production process

4. Rush Orders / Urgent Delivery

For urgent orders, contact us at atelier@alislalu.ro and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Extra fees for express shipping may apply. Expedited delivery is not guaranteed due to external factors (shipping, customs, etc.).

5. Tracking & Notifications

All shipped orders include a tracking number when available. Track your order and contact us for any issues.
