  • Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Cost: 30-40 RON, added at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address.

2. International Shipping

  • International shipping may take longer due to customs procedures and variable transit times.

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, and local taxes, which are not included in the website price.

  • Some countries may have delivery restrictions; please verify before ordering.

3. Custom & Personalized Products

  • Personalized items (engraving, special sizes, unique combinations) require approximately 2-3 weeks for production.

  • Engagement and wedding rings may require 30-60 days depending on complexity.

  • Personalized products cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen events (pandemics, strikes, holidays).

  • We will provide updates throughout the production process.
